Music Box Electronics Case

This is a cover for the MultiPlay Light Activated Recordable Sound Chip device; an inexpensive device suitable for music boxes and toys. I purchased mine on Amazon but it might be available elsewhere. The cover consists of a 3D printed rectangular rim that should be glued to your music box. Mine is underneath the box which has feet that hold it up off the surface it rests on. Once the rim is attached to your box you can affix the MultiPlay device using the sticker it comes on. The 3D printed cover then attaches to the 3D printed rim with magnets. I used 4mm x 1mm magnets. The holes designed for the magnets will each hold two of those so they should work with 4mm x 2mm magnets as well. I didn't have those so I glued two into each hole with CA glue. This was designed using TINKERCAD and is available there if you wish to alter it for a different device. There are quite a few devices available that are similar to the one I used. I don't have any opinion regarding which is best. I just bought the first one that had the features I wanted and which was in my price range.
