.2 layer 3 outlines 15-20% infill I used #6 1/2in SS recessed head screws to put it together. I don't remember the nut and screw size for the clamp put if you take the parts to a hardware store it will be easy to figure out. It will require sanding and and using epoxy to smooth and fill any gaps. I painted it with automotive spray paint. Update: I added two are diffuser/redirectors. These helps push the air to each side and towards the body instead of straight down. It is about 12 degrees to each side and 30 degrees toward the person. This are optional
