The original hinged wind breaker comes apart by sliding the clips underneath to one side. This blanking plate fits inside to neaten things up if you've fitted an aftermarket rollbar and your original windbreaker no longer fits. I plan to adapt the design to include some grooves to hold a clear piece of acrylic if I feel I need to replicate the wind break with my new bar.
