MX5 ND Accelerator Pedal Extension

I designed this for my 2020 MX5 but it should work on all ND2s. Not sure about the ND1. I tried a few different geometries before I settled on this one. I 'heel-toe' with the side of my foot, so I didn't run the extension all the way to the bottom of the pedal. I've included the Fusion 360 file so that you may modify it if you like. Please attribute if you remix. This requires that you drill holes in the pedal and use #10 x 3/4" (1" length might work, not tested) self tapping screws (wood screws will work). Put tape on the stock pedal and use the extension to mark the holes. Then drill them with a small pilot bit before you screw the pedal on. It's much easier to do if you take the whole thing out. It only requires you to remove two bolts and unclip one wiring harness. Print it with the face of the pedal you put your foot on facing down. I printed it in NGen and used these settings:
