My 40 mm Airsoft grenade launcher

I was inspired by the CYMA M052 grenade launcher I bought here : https://www.toro-distribution.com/lance-grenade-autonome-diam-40mm-m052-full-metal-black-p-5981 Dimensions of the weapon, after assembly: 250x140 mm. Dimensions of the barrel: 100x49 mm, the holes are present there to accommodate my 2 Picatinny 21 mm rails available here : https://cults3d.com/en/3d-model/various/rail-picatinny-21-mm To assemble on the barrel by wood screws of 3 mm in diameter and 15 mm in length You can then attach a laser, a Red Dot sight, a lamp ... Dimensions of the mounted body: 132x30 mm (the 2 half-bodies are to be assembled by 3 wood screws 4x25 mm). Stock dimensions: 99x30 mm, to be assembled on the mounted body, with 2 wood screws 3x15 mm. The locations of the screw heads will eventually be to be tweaked on the left half-body, using a steel drill bit of 8 mm diameter by hand. There are 3 axes, which have different diameters: a barrel axis a trigger axis a bolt axis You have the choice between 2 trigger guards: a round one, and another one, more faithful to the Cyma M052, (the chosen trigger guard will be glued ON A HALF BODY ONLY, otherwise you could not disassemble the weapon!) The 2 springs to use (one for the trigger and the other for the trigger) are 7 mm in diameter and 19 mm long, to place them, see photo. First we insert the mechanism, springs and pins in one half-body, then we fit the other half-body over it (see photo). The bolt cover is to be fixed (at the base and top of the barrel) with a 3x15 mm wood screw (see photo), the tip of the bolt penetrates it and thus keeps the barrel closed. Material needed: printing is possible on a small printer 15x15 cm 3 wood screws of 4 mm diameter, 25 mm long 3 wood screws 3 mm in diameter, 15 mm long 2 compression springs 7 mm diameter, 19 mm long (I found a box on amazon with a set of compression and extension springs) Superglue fine sandpaper and a file for any adjustments an 8 mm diameter steel drill bit to finish the screw heads of the left body a 2.5 mm steel bit to facilitate the screwing of the large screws of the right half-body. a 1.5 mm drill bit to facilitate the screwing of the small screws of the right half-body. USAGE WARNING: This weapon is not a toy! It can cause serious injury, especially to the eyes! In an Airsoft fight, always wear glasses, gloves, thick clothing and a helmet (or a thick hood) ...
