To assemble this unique design, follow these instructions: Set the number of planets to 5, with each planet having 7 teeth. The sun has approximately 9 teeth. Other specifications include a hub diameter (D) of 51.7mm, an outer diameter (od) of 6.7 inches, and a pitch (P) of 45. The wheel will have a twist of 1, with a tolerance of 0.15mm. A pad of 4mm is included. With a sun diameter (Ds) of 5 inches and a planet diameter (Dp) of 6 inches, the wheel will have a step (st) of 5 and a step down (sd) of 6. The design follows type 1 spur gear specifications.
