Length inside the box is now 32.5 mm. Hinge length increased by 10% with scale factor of 1.1. Width of hinge remains at 12 mm. Height within interior space reaches 10 mm high. Size of tabs adjusted to 1 mm. Thickness of cover material chosen as 1 mm. Thickness of hinges selected as 0.3 mm. Fillet radius on interior edges set to 2 mm. Height added to lid inset, now 1.2 mm high. Width subtracted from rim, now 0.6 mm wide. Offset for lid inset adjusted to zero. Width of side walls expanded by 10% with new width at 11.1 mm. Fillet radius on hinge edges increased to 3 mm.
