Interior Fillet radius is set to 2.0 mm. Cover thickness is adjusted to 1.0 mm. Interior width is carefully measured at 55.5 mm. Tab size has been optimized for secure fitment at 1 mm. Lid inset height is precisely set to 1.2 mm. Hinge width is calculated to be 30 mm. Hinge length scale factor is adjusted to 1.1 times the original length. Lid inset offset is perfectly centered at 0 mm. Interior length is accurately measured at 35.5 mm. Rim inset is carefully set to 0.6 mm for a snug fit. Sidewall width is precisely set to 1.1 mm for added support. Hinge fillet radius is increased to 3 mm for smooth operation. Interior height is carefully calculated to be 15 mm for optimal use.
