Cap Type is second one, Hole Flat Thickness set to zero units, Knob Diameter specified at 20 mm, Screw Hole Diameter specified at 3 mm, Hole Depth selected as 10mm units, Hole diameter fixed at 6 mm, Ring Width specified as 12.5mm units, Timer Knob settings activated.
