This was because of PLA shrinkage. Printed at 200 degrees Celsius with PLA on my Wanhao Duplicator 4 This fits perfectly onto both printer and phone now. Instructions Using the following settings: height = 45 depth = 45 phone_overhang = 5 bracket_wall = 5 thickness = 10 phone_depth = 8.5 _back_mount = 1 bracket_width = 7.5 phone_width = 73.8
