Here's the deal. Customized version of http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:831657. I created this with the Customizer tool! http://www.thingiverse.com/apps/customizer/run?thing_id=831657. Instructions to follow: I am using the following settings: ruler unit is set to 10 units font narrow widen value is zero font size is at 12 points outline color is gray outline thickness is 3 millimeters border width is 0 text thickness is 4.2 millimeters font weight is 0 grams per square meter extruder for text output is extruder 2 bar thickness is 2.4 millimeters border thickness is 3.6 millimeters font outline style is rounded corner shape trim length of bar from side is 0 border color is solid black margin width on inner edge is 1 mm selected extruder for layer is monochrome model extruder outer margin width is also at one mm. space between lines of text is one and four-tenths millimeters. value of font spacing parameter is zero point two five four grams per cubic meter. length of lug attachment slot is four units from base level to top. value in line five is not specified so it defaults to a default value. same goes for value of line four which also gets a default value assigned same logic applies for fourth line which I assign its value.
