This is a custom-designed, three-dimensional coin sorter system made for you with Thingiverse's Customizer tool. With this unique device, you can effortlessly separate coins from each other. To use it: Choose the settings: - The distance between the top of each coin and any object underneath (clearance) should be 0.4 millimeters. - Decide which type of coins to sort (coin_type), like pennies or nickels, is 13 for quarters. - Determine how many separate tubes you want in the sorter, you have chosen two number_of_tubes = 2 . - The 'fudge_factor' option will affect the overall performance of the machine by setting it at a reasonable 0.975 percentage fudge_factor = 0.975 - Choose how many coins should be put into each tube: You are inserting 25 individual coins. - Decide if you want to generate a separate top and middle section for your coin sort, as well as a cylindrical bottom part (generate_cap=1) yes. - Generate or not a small internal hollow core inside the main body of each cylinder for greater strength (generate_tube=1) You selected 'yes' number_of_coins = 25 . - Set the width and thickness of the inner tubes that will be produced: The default is tube_wall = 2.
