Here's how to make this 3D printer accessory kit: Start by printing these five parts: two end caps, one middle piece and one guide piece. Attach both end caps onto the top and bottom of the middle piece with some glue. You now have a single large piece of the spool holder that is shaped like an "I" Use your drill to make four holes for spools that are all 3/4 inches from the top and center, but also slightly offset towards one end of each end cap so that the spools fit snugly between the end caps. Screw two screws into both ends of these guide pieces making sure not to overtighten. Next, drill six 3mm holes for M2 screws about 8/32" deep and two small 3x6 holes at a distance equal to three hole spacing plus 0.1 from each side of center as shown on right (just off the middle part where you attached the guide piece earlier). Insert a 4-40 bolt with nut into one of these smaller holes making sure not to overtighten it so you can adjust it easily. The assembly should look something like this. Now simply thread the M2 screws from below up through these larger holes, tightening them snugly with your wrench until they're just barely holding themselves together. Using the following options: spool_hole_diam = 20.32 mm spool_wall_thickness = 0.22 in
