My Customized Parametric pulley - lots of tooth profiles
thingiverse
Created with Customizer! http://www.thingiverse.com/apps/customizer/run?thing_id=16627 Pulleys are made with a wide variety of parameters. Using the following options: * pulley_t_ht = 12 - Height above the plate * profile = 12 - The circular profile size * pulley_b_dia = 20 - Bore diameter for a shaft * m3_nut_hex = 0 - Hole spacing (space) for m3 nut, set to zero to eliminate. * additional_tooth_width = 0.2 - Additional tooth width in millimeters * m3_dia = 0 - Hole diameter of an m3 hole if any is desired * retainer = 0 - Is the option turned off when "yes" is entered * pulley_b_ht = 8 - Bore height above the plate, not a parameter of length but can vary between models. * nut_angle = 90 - Nut angle of 180 and no of nuts are set here (this will allow two on one side to secure better.) * no_of_nuts = 1 - Sets the quantity number or more when greater than zero * additional_tooth_depth = 0 - Additional depth for each tooth, not parameter at this time * nut_shaft_distance = 1.2 - Hole shaft distance from edge if so needed. * idler_ht = 1.5 - Plate size if changed here with pulley bht, also sets retainer_ht as seen above * motor_shaft = 12 - Pulley height for mounting an electric DC geared motor shaft * retainer_ht = 1.5 - Height at the base plate. * teeth = 27 - Number of tooth space. * m3_nut_depth = 2.7 - Diameter for standard holes as reference. * idler = 0 - A hole pattern to hold a chain and wheel together on pulley and one idler if so wanted, is set with a 1 * m3_nut_flats = 5.7 - Distance from top of hole or M-4 hole (standard reference).
