Instructions Using the following options: cover_wall_thickness is set to 2. This thickness is applied to all vertical surfaces of the customizer design. The selected value for wall_thickness is also set to 1.5. This indicates that an additional layer with a 1.5mm thickness is included between two layers with 1mm thickness each, for every 3D-printed piece. The custom cover's total external height can be determined by combining the values of cover_printing_y_offset and bottom_thickness. Therefore, when setting base_height to 118 and bottom_thickness to an arbitrary value less than 117, you obtain a height adjustment. Using cover_wall_thickness as 2 gives you an accurate external length with an adjustment based on the part's width at each end. However, because of this addition to wall thickness, actual calculated lengths would appear more or less 0.3mm smaller for parts with an odd-numbered width compared to ones having even numbers. Set base_height and cover_internal_height equal, while changing wall_thickness will determine your overall custom design structure; change external_corner_radius alone does not have much impact
