Minimum branch length is set to 70%, cross-section shape at 6, root minimum at 50%, allowed overhang angle at 50 degrees, maximum length ratio 100%, root maximum ratio at 60% with custom shapes provided and seed value set to zero. All other overhangs are disallowed, budding stops at 60% and branches can keep growing. Branch twist angle is set at 90 degrees with minimum branching angle of 40 degrees. A branch diameter cutoff is set at 1.6 and trunk length is set at 40 units. Tip minimum ratio is 50% and maximum branching iterations are capped at 6. Advanced settings are not used, while the model has a minimum of 2 branches from each branch.
