Instructions Using the Following Options: Set 5th_plate to Custom. Select 1st_plate from the Menu. Do Not Modify 2nd_plate_bottom_hole. Do Not Create a Hole in 3rd_plate_bottom_hole. Customize plate_size to Zero. Enlarge plate_width to Two. Select None for 2nd_plate. Do Not Design 4th_plate. Create None of 3rd_plate. Design None for 5th_plate_bottom_hole. Design No Holes in 4th_plate_bottom_hole. Modify No Plates with 1st_plate_bottom_hole.
