A personalized version of http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:46825 was created using the Customizer with specifications: rad = 30, make_holder = 1, length = 35, textsize = 10, displaying "Love" as the text, hoheight = 20. After printing the base file, an issue of drooping top surface due to insufficiently solidifying extruded filament was encountered, which was partly resolved by blowing air through a tube during extrusion; glue was used to fix imperfections. The text was printed mirroored, and the ball detached but not strong enough to withstand whistle-blowing without breaking. Additionally, the holder lacked sufficient stability to support a string without breaking, possibly due to skeinforge settings. The whistle produces a note upon blowing.
