N Scale Cell Tower 9.5 Inches Tall

I'd bought & downloaded a couple of cell towers, but they just didn't look right. This is modeled after a local tower here in Rogers, Arkansas but it's a fairly typical design, it'd look good just about anywhere. The tower is 9.5" tall (about 125 scale feet). It's designed to be lit, using a single "0402" red LED on top. The tower is provided in two halves, for a couple of reasons - first, my printer won't print a 9.5" tall structure. And second, the 0402 LED with leads that I have, has roughly 6" leads so you need to feed those through, and extend them halfway down. You'll need 2 short lengths of 1/8" plastic tubing (one for the joint, one to stick the tower into a 1/8" hole in the layout). If you want it lit, use a 0402 Red LED with leads, and a couple of pieces of VERY SMALL (like, 30ga or less) wire to extend those another 6" or so. I use a NCE Light-It lighting adapter under the layout; you can use those with DCC or DC power. The Light-It does a nice "Pulse" effect, like the prototype. Picture of the prototype is included too.
