This is the Nano Urgent Response System. It was a project for school that had to use a Sparkfun Redboard to use three sensor inputs to process information for any situation in a third-world country. My group chose to measure some simple vital signs: pulse, pulse oximetry, and temperature. I designed this case to house the project and a tray insert to hold the LCD screen for the info, guide the wires, and hide the board. I had to print the element that held the lights and sensors for the pulse oximeter as well. The lid closes well and holds all the elements with two magnets to latch it. The hinge is made so that I could use some PLA filament and heat it up so that it straightens. Then I cut the length and used a soldering iron to melt the ends into a flat nail head shape. Instructions I measured the dimensions of the board and estimated the volume needed to hold the elements and the wires. I then created a box and tray to house them all in Inventor.
