N100 CPAP Filter Thermoform COVID-19 Mask Size Large, Medium and SmallOne of the main problems with 3D Printed masks is the filter. This mask has a 22mm hose connector but is actually inversed and extruded.Hospital CPAP filters are N100 which is actually better than N95. And upto now are in far more abundance and commonplacece.Therefore ive made a suck down / Thermoform template you can print then use to make many mask that can use these filters in the time it would take to print one.Suck downs can be made in minutes as opposed to 3D printing a mask in hours.Ive added a little extra extrusion at the edges too for peripheral seal.Ive added resin relief holes and hollowed the model.The sizing is less than 120mm in the Medium and Small sizes to allow the 3D print to be used in simple bleaching tray thermoforming machines tooN.B. If you don't have CPAP filters you can simply print this component to fit into your new thermoform mask.
