Nail e-file bit tower for UV sterilizer

Needed a holder for nail e-file bits to go into a UV sterilizer - it couldn't be too big, and a tray would have blocked the light from the bottom part of the bits. I saw a few Dremel bit holders around, but all were too big/tall for this usecase - only 4-6 bits at a time need to go into the cabinet. The holes are 2.7mm dia, so work well with 2.35mm dia e-file bits. Might work for other shank diameters, just scale the model up a bit. The base could have been slightly wider in my case to allow it to sit more comfortably across the rack in the cabinet. Key here was making sure enough light could still hit the heads of the bits - hence the holes in the base (to save filament too.)
