Nakajima Type 97 Carrier Attack Bomber, or B5N "Kate" Card Kit The Nakajima Type 97 Carrier Attack Bomber, known by the Allies as the B5N or "Kate" was the front-line Japanese naval torpedo bomber at the start of WW2. It could carry varied armament - one 800 kg torpedo, or one 800kg bomb, or 2 250kg bombs, or 6 60kg bombs. Flying off the aircraft carriers of the Pearl Harbor Strike Force, The kate was responsible for much of the damage to the US Pacific Fleet on December 7, 1941. It continued in service throughout the war, though replaced in front-line service by later designs. The kit includes a torpedo. This is an original model by waynemc65. Note that some of the tabs fit very tightly in their slots and the slots might need to be opened a bit.
