Hosted a kids a birthday party recently and they decided to produce nametags for each other to hang on their school bags. Design removed and replaced with the flat disk you see, feel free to email for the original if you want it. It's done in Google Sketchup and for each name I'd delete the interior of the nametag, add the new text in (they all chose different fonts), and then hand-fashion the bits to attach to the letters.
