This is a rear footplate for the Nami Burn-e eScooter. The rear frame is tubular steel, which is not comfortable or ergonomic for resting your rear foot. This plate is profiled to with channels to match the curvature of the frame, has 3 locating pins and recesses to align each plate and 3 holes for bolts to attach from the underside. The top deck is designed with a grippy hex pattern for maximum grip while riding. Use 40mm long M8 bolts to attach the two plates, which sandwhich the frame. Hex head bolts will give the nicest clean intall. Printed in PLA at 0.20mm with a 15% infill and .4 nozzle gives a 15hr print time. The top plate is printed with the hex pattern up to allow the final finish of the pattern to look decent. Supports are needed if printed this way.
