Nano Biscotte v3 Chassis

Recently we build a custom saber and needed a very tight fitting chassis for a Nano Biscotte v3, that supported a 20mm speaker, Li-Ion 18650 battery and a 2.1mm Power Jack in a very tight space. So we designed this chassis. The speaker and NBv3 pressure fit into the chassis, you may want to add a drop of hot glue to the back fo the speaker if it is going to take some abuse. we suggest adding a bit of electrical tape over the NBv3 also just to help ensure it does not pop out as you are working on the installation. The saber was a dual bladed temple guard saber. To ensure each side has it's own set of sound cards 2 Nano Biscotte were used with a different font on each. This allowed the saber swings and classes to have a blaster deflection sound with a saber contact sound mixed. You can see a picture of the final sabers here if you are interested. https://www.facebook.com/brotherhoodprops/photos/a.1296589187033672.1073741845.1247279671964624/1863487447010507/?type=3&theater
