After many tests, here is my remix of the NanoHack 1 thermoformed that presents an excellent air flow rate, optimal comfort and especially a very good tightness (if you adapt it correctly). To adjust to your face, put it in hot water (or a hair dryer). If you encounter difficulties tightening the caps, proceed also with hot water: soak, tighten, let cool. Don't burn yourself! In all cases, you will need non-woven polypropylene filters, the same material used in surgical masks, to place between each cap and interlocking part and change regularly. Above all, wash your hands and respect the strict hygiene rules recommended at this time. This mask only partially protects you and others. It's a gadget that is better than nothing due to lack of real masks. Don't deprive yourself. For maximum results, this mask can be printed in PLA Active (which has good resistance to viruses). You will find an STL file for the entire set or piece by piece. Any use is at your own risk. Stay home!
