This is an original case I designed in Fusion 360. It was printed with .15 layer, .4mm nozzle using PLA. It was designed so additional connectors could be added and left on the NanoVNA H4 to prevent wear and tear on the SMA connectors attached directly to the circuit board. You can add a small piece of rubber between the top connectors for a bit of a firmer fit.
