This model is built very near to actual scale. The model has animateable features including turbines, landing gear retraction and extension, landing gear doors, rudder, elevators, ailerons, inboard and outboard flaps. It is fully textured and includes a lot of exterior detail. This model has been improved and updated (almost completely rebuilt) to be more accurate from our early 3D model built in 2005. The L-1011 model was built with animation and videos in mind. It is also a good model to populate airport scenes as an active or static subject.
