Hello, This is my idea for the 3d Spacecraft printing process. I divided the site into 3 different workstations. The first , farthest from the "people" prints the heat shield on a revolving table . Two robot arms are used , one for the printing (connected to the feed tanks ) and the other for the machining and shaping. I've designed vents into the bottom of the revolving tables to increase the rate of solidification of the printing material. The 1st Workstation can also print the pressure vessel frame, however in its different pieces. The pieces are then assembles in workstation 2 , where magnetic cranes hold the separate pieces and position them in place while the are machined/joined together. The 3rd workstation , then takes the completed heat shield base and the pressure vessel frames and prints the upper layer and covering along with any other shaping and work to be done. I've uploaded the fbx animation , stl and .step files are requested and also decided to upload the solidworks parts files for others who might be interested. see the video links for a demonstration.Thankslinks : https://youtu.be/c7a0v2y4kiEhttps://youtu.be/fRqLanPONX4
