NASA Chain Mail - Better FDM Printing

NASA Chain Mail - Better FDM Printing

I re-mixed the original for two reasons: 1. Drastically reduce polycount to allow for quicker slicing and gcode generation. 2. Straighten some curves to allow for better FDM printing. The original design is great and gives an awesome overview of the modeling process. This simplifies the design. Each link is 1,147 faces instead of the original 81,000+. I use two Blender Array modifiers with X/Y settings of "0.79" offset for the spacing distance to build larger plates of chain mail. I made a second set of my own design Hex and Square interlocking pieces further inspired by this at https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:5448955
