NASA Handrail Clamp Assembly Challenge CHAMP As expected ABS with side loads of 125lbs does flex. This is a one piece design to be 3D printed +Z axis. Installation is performed by dropped on at roughly 28° and then rotated. The bottom radius is 0.125" over center to make a snap fit. The entire ID Radius was held 0.005" undersized for a snug rail fit. Removal is performed by pressing at the bottom outward and lifting.
