The closing action is performed using a cam lever that in the locking position not protruding from the overall footprint of the device which has a form very rounded shape avoiding offensive edges. The rotating pins are integral with the components, but the components can be printed separately because the connection between them is via hollow grooves. The fitting of these pins also provides a slight interference so as to lock them in place to prevent accidental detachment. The difficult thing is to predict the correct fit allowance in the absence of experimental tests with the printer to use. The STL files are zipped in the appropriate folder.
