Clamp in two pieces joined by a locking cam with 90° angle. In the design of this device I wanted to achieve these results: - Rounded shape with no sharp edges that may offend by an accidental bump. - Intuitive using highlighted by closing and opening symbols. - Locking safe, no lever that can be accidentally dropped. - Use without dispersing components, tightening and loosening the ring nut the clamp can slide along the handrail without detaching and especially without disconnecting the accessory devices that can be connected to the clamp. - Symmetric and strong action with two hands so as to balance the latch. - Increase the grip between clamp and handrail using corrugated contact surfaces. - As is clear from the FEA analysis, arched structure ensures a high resistance to the efforts. - The black arrows can be added coloring them with a simple permanent marker. The STL files are zipped in the appropriate folder.
