The ClickLock system features a variable radius cam with 'fingerlets' that offer preload enhancement. The pin is inserted through both the BACK and CAMLEVER parts, forming a permanent subassembly without tools. After mounting onto the rail, FRONT can be slid in for adjustment. Locking occurs via 90-degree rotation of CAMLEVER into its click-lock position. Printable on basic FDM machines with no support material, my sample parts were printed on a Stratasys Dimension 1200ES, resembling MADEINSPACE printer capabilities. The total assembly weight is 60g at 50% infill density on hobby-level FDM printers like Makerbot 2X.
