NASA CHAMP - Ratchet Clamp

Inspired by the ratchet style pipe clamps here is my take on the NASA CHAMP project. The clamp has been designed to flex open to fit around the hand rail. Once in position the clamp is closed and locked in place with the "teeth" on either face of the two "hooks". To release from clamping, pull tab on top of clamp which in turn disengages the "teeth". Clamp is printed in one piece therefore no need for printing multiple parts or assembly.
