Title: NASA Handrail Clamp Assembly Description: This Handrail Clamp assembly has been designed according to NASA’s given Guidelines and specifications in an Open challenge on GrabCAD. Seat Track meets the MS33601 Rev B standards. Components: 1) Clamp Track 2) Clamp Hinge Design Philosophy: 1) Robust Design. 2) Stress and Strain tested in simulation. 3) Easy installation and removal without any additional Hardware. 4) Three individual locking for additional safety and redundancy. 5) Ergonomics for better handling. 6) Overhang is minimized for ease in 3D printing Printing Instruction: Print each component in vertical axis or along the longest axis of the Rail. I gave my Design a Name, “Bulldog Clamp” :-P
