NASA twist n lock clamp

The clamp is printed as a single item. This will save time as no assembly is required. Being a single piece, there is no separate part to lose or misplace. Either of the tabs on the side of the clamp is depressed and the seat rail section is rotated towards the depressed tab, until perpendicular to the clamp axis. The clamp is then simply pressed into place on the oval rail. Once clipped into position, the seat rail section is simply twisted 90 degrees. When fitted to the oval rail there is now an interference fit between the seat rail section and the clamp sides, pressing them against the oval rail. The tabs either side along with friction will prevent rotation of the seat rail section. To release, simply depress either tab (allowing ease for left or right handed users) and rotate the seat rail section 90 degrees, then pull up and away from the oval rail.
