PVC pipe flutes are a popular way to make flutes with low materials cost, but the saddle is one of the most time consuming and labor intensive parts to make. I took measurements from a real wooden saddle to make this model. I printed at wall thickness of 4 and 50% infill in PLA with the model upside down on the build plate. I used tree supports to hold up the "dip" in the saddle.
