<p>I love my nasal irrigator but hate the cost of the pods. It's easy to mix your own saline with distilled water and salt at whatever concentration you like. I personally like to add Alkalol as well.</p><p> </p><p>To use this insert, just drop it in. As you close the lid, get it as far closed as you can while still reaching in your finger and “snap” the interior lid dimple in until it clicks.</p><p>Use as normal.</p><p>One last pro-tip, buy your unit from the company on eBay!
