The suction cup of my old Navigon navigation system did not work any more, so I designed a replacement, using a suction cup, I had lying around.

The device consists of three printed parts:

The connector to the navigation system

The holding structure

The lever to fix the suction cup

Additionally, I used the rubber part of a suction cup with a diameter of 55mm (2"), similar to the products I list here as a sample. (There are lots of similar devices, I just found these first)
https://www.amazon.de/Sidereum-Gummisauger-Glassauger-Computer-Bildschirmen-Werkzeug%EF%BC%88Orange%EF%BC%89/dp/B09CYD3P5F/ref=sr_1_35
or
https://www.amazon.com/-/de/dp/B07Y4QCZR2/ref=sr_1_25

Also, two self-tapping screws 2,9 x 13mm are needed to fix the Navigon connector to the holding structure. To fix the suction cup to the lever, a screw and nut of the original suction cup is used.

I printed the holder using PETG to make sure it will cope with the temperatures in the car.
