This part is made from the .stl file available from Navio's Github. I imported into Inventor and redesigned it to mount on the top of a Q500 and Q450 frame. May work for other quads of the same style. Still a work in progress so try it out and please leave feedback. The space saving cut out is not perfect due to the import of the STL. Reference holes used made the cut outs slightly askew. Shouldn't affect the overall effectiveness of the print. Example frame:http://www.hobbyking.com/hobbyking/store/__66323__Q450_V3_Glass_Fiber_Quadcopter_Frame_450mm_Integrated_PCB_Version_AR_Warehouse_.html?strSearch=450 V1.1 - Holes modified Widened mounting holes to have clearance for the M2.5 screws used in this series of frames V1.0 - Initial design Measured inner hole dimension of top PCB of Q500 frame Imported into Inventor 2017 and created plate extension created weight saving holes and shape *Holes are too exact: working on making holes larger for better off-bed use!! Print Settings Printer Brand: LulzBot Printer: TAZ 3 Rafts: No Supports: Doesn't Matter Resolution: Any Infill: 20 Notes: This is a very easy part to print. The openings on my print were very easy to bridge without support at 0.3mm layer hieght. Be sure to include enough shells and top / bottom full layers to help prevent breaking in-flight (2-3 and +3). Used Cura for lulzbot for slicing.
