I just took michiwend's design and angled it for easier viewing below. Instructions Print at .2mm with 3 shells. (Infill 8-15% not much needed) I put a piece of electrical tape on my frame where I stuck this, makes it nice and snug fit & use double stick to adhere your led to it.
