I found thereggierock's design and found it perfect (hats off to you mate), but it was a tad too thick at the bottom and the holes were too small . so I modified it to fit better on my QAV210, its 3mm thinner at the bottom leaving (more or less) 1mm plus the 1mm stand-offs, the holes were enlarged to mount it with M3 nylon stand-offs. its perfect to insulate it from the PDB that just underneath it. why you ask? because I once tried to plug it in and accidentally bridged from the +ve 16.4v to the naze with the micro usb connector and it went poof :D Print Settings Printer: CoLiDo 2.0 Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.15-0.2 Infill: 100% Notes: its a small part so 0.2 should do it well but 0.15 will make it look better. rafts are not required unless you have an uneven print bed, in which case you should use them. supports are not needed at all.
