This is a phone holder which uses cheap 1.26" neodymium magnets from Amazon. They are really only 1.1" so that is the dimensions of the cover for the magnet. It should fit perfectly snapping into the crevices of the Miata just under the hazard light button. There is a hole on the bottom which should allow you to run your USB cable thru it. The bottom portion folds up and clips to the magnet portion to be out of the way when you don't need it. There is also a fixed bottom version if you don't like the folding. Print with supports from the build plate. To give the phone a little more friction so it doesn't move left/right as much, cover the magnetic portion with plastidip. Also.. I'll be adding side blockers of various lengths to make the phone more secure in case you want to drive aggressively. All the parts are modular, so you can move them up/down as you like. In addition, if you just want to use the magnet portion, you can do that also. UPDATE: After I plastidipped the magnetic portion, I ended up not needing the bottom holder at all because it doesn't move at all with the rubber there. Looks much cleaner and nicer if you go that route so I highly recommend plastidip!
