Ned <{•.•}> first appeared in the Twenty One Pilots video Chlorine. When I saw him, I thought it would be cool to have a 3D printed, coat pocket sized version of Ned. Tyler and Josh, thanks for the excuse to learn how to use sculpting tools. I might when I get some more free time. I made the ear hair by unraveling yarn.
