Needle File Handle w/ M3 Set Screw

Remixed the great handles by alexc-makerologist to fit a M3x6mm screw so they could sit within the case by snail_fleet better. The remix by zeropage, showed off in the case images, is no longer found but I used it as inspiration. A socket cap screw will collide with the lid if sitting straight up, a button cap might be better for fitment but the socket cap is easier to adjust by hand before fully tightening with a tool. I enlarged the hole for the file by about 0.5mm to allow an easier fit of the Harbor Freight files. As mentioned by Alexc, they are not very exactly 3mm, some wouldn't fit at all and I even broke one when it got stuck. With a set screw there isn't a need for it to be so tight. Even so, if you're using these files, you might need to use the round file to give more clearance or print it a couple percent larger.
