NEMA 8 direct drive adapter kit for Thing 4009262 by fredator. Additional parts required: (2) M3x6 socket head cap screws The changes are made only to the worm and the twist lock, all other parts are un-messed-with. Because of the size of the stepper motor, the assembly order has to be modified to include: 1. Mount twist lock to Lid 2 2. Install M3 screw to attach Lid 2 to Lid 1 3. Install NEMA 8 stepper 4. Install and tighten (2) M3x6 SHCS Just like in the original, the worm should be printed with the finest resolution your printer can muster.
