After being frustrated with all of the other designs I downloaded here, I went to the drawing board and came up with this simple yet effective coupler. It is a solid no flex coupler and aligns easily. It is also one piece and is easy to install. As easy as the aluminum models. You will need 2 pieces m3x12mm bolts and 2 m3 nuts for this. 0.3mm layer height with 15% infill and 2 perimeter with a honeycomb infill works wonderfully. Rectilinear infill works also but there is a slight edge in the honeycomb infill with this particular shape. Print Settings Printer: AutoX3D Rafts: No Supports: Doesn't Matter Resolution: 0.3 Infill: 15% How I Designed This designed in DesignSpark Mechanical. Exported as a 0.9 degree high resolution STL mesh.
