UPDATE (OCT-11-2015): Added a new modular motor's attachment (I recommend this instead of the old one, this is more robust) .Added a new clip separator (Z-Scale it if needed) to support different laser modules without reprinting/redesigning existing pieces. (Added due to laser module change) UPDATE (AUG-20-2015): Even more pics!! UPDATE (AUG-19-2015): Added mounts for fans & more pics!! This is a pin mount for a laser module onto a nema17 motor. The module is attached to the external laser pin via some screws. You have to drill the holes depending on the laser module you are using or edit the freecad sources to edit the external pin. Once done this you simply attach the laser module to the rail-like pin (up-down). The support is attached to the motor via a single M3 screw connecting with the extruder mount. The plain part in the front of the support is used to connect a cable chain and fan for the laser module. Common laser modules can be attached easily. Just check out your printer limits/endstops. This thing is tested on a L3K extruder. The laser module is a TTL driven 2W 450nm, but in the pics is just at 1% power to not disturb the camera. I have customized Marlin to add support for laser M03/M05 commands and new menus to control the laser from the LCD. Driver TTL controlled by the PWM pin 44 on arduino. Happy laser CNC'ing!!!
